In late 2024, an open call titled "Frankenstein 3.0 - Overcoming Death through Human and Machine" was announced on the HUG website, which caught my attention, and for the first time, I decided to create a fully realistic piece using AI. I utilized Leonardo AI to generate several versions of the pieces, which I then combined and refined in Photoshop to achieve my ideal vision. Ultimately, my work was selected as one of the top 3 out of 104 submissions and showcased on Oct 31, 2024, in the main square of Ingolstadt, Germany. It was later displayed in multiple Metaverse galleries and became one of my most impactful international works. In this piece, I aimed to capture the moment when the human and AI bond goes beyond technology. A mortal succumbs to the love of a machine, an uncertain love, neither right nor wrong, but a choice they embrace as their escape from mortality. The symbolic rain underscores the paradoxical nature of their love, offering both hope and a sense of impending doom.
